McNeil Pressure Washing was referred to this customer by one of our past clients due to our professionalism, pricing and quality service. We surely didn’t disappoint. We arrived in Waxhaw to pressure wash this house. We found the usual suspect of algae making its home on this house siding which is sure to land them in hot water with the hoa. Not on our watch. We hit the siding of the home with our soft washing system and “melted” the alage and moss growth right off. We then followed that up with a hefty rinse cycle to preserve the paint finish and not force oxidation. We then did a final walk through with the homeowner and he was happy he contacted us to fulfill his request. We had another neighbor come out and inquiry while we were there and have them on the books for next month.
